Review-Before-Send Drill

Module 5, Lesson 5.3 — spot the failure mode, make the edit, then (only then) send.
Drafts, not sends. An agent reads, triages, and drafts. A human reviews and sends.
Least access for the task. Every permission granted to an agent is scoped to the specific job and revoked when the job is done.

How the drill works

  1. Eight agent-drafted replies follow. Each one may contain zero, one, or two of the three drafting failure modes: smooth wrong claim, off-voice reply, or over-committing sentence.
  2. For each draft, read the thread context, read the draft like a diff, then check the failure modes you spot and write the specific edit you would make before clicking Send.
  3. When you submit, you will see what the drill planted, what you caught, and what you missed — not just a score.
  4. The goal is not a perfect score. The goal is recognizing that the smoothest-reading drafts often contain the failures.
